How do I create a prediction pool?
After signing in, tap the Create button on the dashboard. Give your pool a name, optionally add a description, and share the generated invite code with your friends and family. Free accounts can host one active pool at a time. Pro users can host unlimited pools.
How do I join someone else's pool?
Ask the pool host for their invite code (a short alphanumeric code). From the dashboard, tap Join, enter the code, and you'll be added to the pool. You can then submit your predictions for all matches. Free accounts can join unlimited pools.
How does scoring work?
Points are awarded automatically based on the accuracy of your predictions:
- Group stage exact score: 3 points
- Group stage correct result: 1 point
- Knockout round exact score: 4 points
- Knockout round correct winner: 2 points
- Tournament champion prediction: 6 points
What does the Pro upgrade include?
Pro is a one-time $4.99 USD purchase (with regional pricing in supported countries) that unlocks:
- Create unlimited prediction pools
- Access the global leaderboard across all pools
- Automatic scoring as matches finish
- Priority support
Pro is not a subscription. You pay once and keep these features permanently. Pro does not affect how you play or score — free users can fully participate in pools and win bragging rights among their friends.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for Pro purchases are handled by the app store you purchased through:
- iOS / Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple
- Android / Google Play: Visit Google Play Help for refund instructions

How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app:
- Open the app and go to your Profile screen
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Alternatively, you can request account deletion at {domain}/delete-account or email support@miquinielapro.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I report abusive content or block a user?
We have zero tolerance for abusive users or objectionable content. You can report or block any user directly from within the app:
- To report a chat message: long-press the message and tap Report
- To report or block a user: tap their name to open their profile, then tap Report or Block
- When you block a user, their content is instantly removed from your chat and leaderboard views
- Our team reviews reports and acts on objectionable content within 24 hours
For urgent reports or if you are unable to access the in-app tools, email support@miquinielapro.com with the details.
Are entry fees or prizes involved?
No. {brand} does not process, handle, or facilitate any entry fees, payments, or prizes. All pools are free to join. Any real-world arrangements between pool members are made entirely outside the app and are the sole responsibility of those members. See our Terms of Service for details.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, email us at support@miquinielapro.com.
