By accessing or using {brand} ("the app," "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including those who create prediction pools ("quinielas") and those who join them.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use {brand}. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to create accounts. If you become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

{brand} allows users to create and participate in private prediction pools for the 2026 international soccer tournament, for entertainment and social purposes only. The app does not process, handle, or facilitate any entry fees, payments, or prizes between pool members. Any real-world arrangements between pool members — monetary or otherwise — are made entirely outside the app and are the sole responsibility of those members.

• Predictions are final once submitted — you may not change them after submission
• Scores are calculated automatically based on official match results
• The host of a quiniela is responsible for managing the pool and its members
• The app does not process payments between pool members; any real-world arrangements are made outside the app
• We are not responsible for disputes between pool members regarding any off-app arrangements or results

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We have zero tolerance for content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and for users who engage in abusive behavior toward other users. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be removed from the platform immediately. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours.

You agree to use {brand} only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the app or submit predictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Report any objectionable content or abusive user via the in-app report and block mechanisms
• Any user who engages in repeated violations may be permanently banned from the service

{brand} and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the design, logos, graphics, and software — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app or its content without our express written permission.

{brand} is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Match data and scores are provided for entertainment purposes only. {brand} is an independent fan-made application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any official tournament organization, governing body, national football federation, or any of their licensees. All team names, country names, and tournament data are used for fan entertainment purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, {brand} and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app.

This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or disputes arising from prediction pool activity between users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
